Carron is our award winning disability access and inclusion specialist, as well as an access auditor. She is also an ambulant wheelchair user.
Carron brings personal insight into the barriers disabled people face every day. Her lived experience both as an able-bodied and disabled person alongside time spent working in acute hospital settings, offers a depth of understanding and empathy that few can match, making her work and approach truly unique.
Carron has a remarkable ability to use her experiences of discrimination in the workplace to open up meaningful conversations with individuals and larger groups, and often in a mentoring capacity. Her wealth of experience, practical solutions, and sense of humour make her a pleasure to work with.

Simon supports the business in his spare time as an access auditor support with site assessments across a wide range of premises and settings.
