Carron is our Disability Access and Inclusion Specialist, as well as a qualified access auditor. She is an ambulant wheelchair user.

Carron brings personal insight into the barriers disabled people face every day. Her early career in high-pressure clinical settings, combined with more recent roles in Governance, Risk, and Project Management at Aviva, gives her a broad and practical perspective. She is also a public speaker, known for her pragmatic and thought-provoking approach to disability and accessibility for all.

Her lived experience both as an able-bodied and disabled person alongside time spent in acute hospital settings, offers a depth of understanding that few can match, making her work and approach truly unique.

Carron has a remarkable ability to use her past experiences of discrimination in the workplace to open up meaningful conversations with individuals and larger groups, often in a mentoring capacity. Her wealth of experience, practical solutions, and sense of humour make Carron a pleasure to work with.
