Our aim is to help all businesses to build and design both physically inclusive workplaces, but also places where those with disabilities can bring their wholeself to work.  We offer a number of services to businesses from accessibility audit reviews, training sessions for teams and specific training for senior leadership teams  to 121 mentoring services. We can help you comply with the Equalities Act, Disability Discrimination Act and European Accessibility Act. 

Our lived experience from able bodied to ambulant wheelchair user is what makes us stand out from our competitors, along with a early career in acute hospital settings, we have insights and unique perspectives others can only wish for.

 In our commuity spaces we want to ensure everyone can engage in their local community around them, so we aim to work with community groups to ensure accessible designs benefit eveyone.  We are already advising on childrens play equipment in local authority parks, and supporting the design and accessibility features of a community centre near to our office.
