Disability Mentoring

Our mentorship programme supports individual managers to work through supporting individuals in their teams, what are reasonable adjustments, flexible working requests, and how they can help ensure their organisation complies with the Equality Act 2010 and be Disability Confident Employeer.

Accessibility Auditing

We provide comprehensive reviews of buildings used by staff and public to identify barriers in a building and its external access.  We will make recommendations to create an inclusive environment where needed.  We offer different types of audits to suit independent businesses, churches, community facilities and our large corporate clients.
